Quality
Phoenix Dynamics’ approach to Quality involves all levels of the business through both a program of continuous improvement and its adoption of lean manufacturing principals. This is also demonstrated through the management’s membership of CQI (Chartered Quality Institute).
ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System forms the baseline for all our Quality activities. However customer requirements and expectations take Phoenix Dynamics well beyond the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 quality standard. Quality tools that are in use are extracted from AS9100 (Aerospace standard) and TS16949 (Automotive standard) where advanced quality planning techniques are applied and demonstrated through the use of control plans, FMEA, measurement studies, process validation and verification etc.
Phoenix also recognises its role within today’s environmental challenges and the need to minimise its impact on both the environment and society at large. Also the importance of sustainability development and procurement where we strive to apply practices that will minimise any impact Phoenix Dynamics may create as a business.
Phoenix Dynamics has also invested in a Health & Safety Management System, accompanied with the associated Health and Safety training to all of our staff.
