Dear Business Partner,

Like many other businesses, we at Phoenix Dynamics Ltd are doing everything we can to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 virus on our Customers, Suppliers and Staff.

In line with the most recent guidance from the UK Government we have implemented staff home working (where possible), cancelled all external visits and restricted access to our manufacturing facilities.

Our purchasing team are in constant contact with our supply chain to asses any potential impacts and our Customer Services team will advise you if delivery delays are likely to occur.

We are making extensive use of cloud-based IT technology for remote working, and so far, the impact on business performance has been minimal.

Please be assured we are doing everything we can to mitigate any risks and will keep you updated as and when the situation changes.

If you require any further information, please let us know. Thanking you in advance for your assistance.

Yours Sincerely
