We are delighted to announce that Phoenix Dynamics is now certified to Cyber Essentials Plus.
Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest level of certification offered under the Cyber Essentials scheme. It is a more rigorous test of an organisation’s cyber security systems where cyber security experts carry out vulnerability tests to make sure that organisations are protected against basic hacking and phishing attacks.
Upgrading our Cyber Essentials certification to Cyber Essentials Plus demonstrates our commitment to digital security. It also provides our customers with the reassurance that electronic data shared between us is protected from cyber attack and opens up greater opportunities to support them with design-led project requirements.
Today is International Women’s Day.
Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that's diverse, equitable and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women's equality. Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias
So today we celebrate International Women’s Day by recognising the amazing women that work at Phoenix Dynamics. With female employees working in critical roles throughout the business, we are proud to employ a diverse workforce where women represent over 50% of our total headcount.
Let us celebrate women’s achievement, raise awareness against bias and take action for equality.
Phoenix Dynamics is pleased to announce that we have successfully passed our recent surveillance audit to maintain our AS9100 Rev D certification.
The AS9100 certification is an essential requirement for the Aerospace and Defence sectors, and clearly demonstrates our robust quality procedures. It is these procedures that ensure our customers receive consistently reliable products with full traceability on all materials.
Phoenix Dynamics are pleased to announce that we have been recertified to ISO14001:2015 and newly certified to ISO45001:2018 (which has replaced OHSAS18001) for our Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
ISO 45001 is the first and only International Standard for occupational health and safety (OH&S) management, a result of agreed good practice from around the world. We are delighted with the results and no non-conformances were raised during a thorough Audit.
Phoenix Dynamics is pleased to announce that we are now JOSCAR registered.
JOSCAR (the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) is an accreditation system for the aerospace, defence and security sectors. The system was established following an initiative led by ADS Group and includes a growing number of prime contractors as registered buyers together with the MoD. JOSCAR is a cross-sector community which reduces the time, cost and resources needed to provide information to major buying organisations. Using JOSCAR can determine if a supplier is “fit for business”.
The JOSCAR Registration Mark is valued by some of the largest purchasers in the defence community, including BAE Systems, General Dynamics, Leonardo, MBDA, QinetiQ, Roke and Rolls-Royce amongst others, and indicates that the organisation has gone through the process required to demonstrate its commitment and credentials to the industry.
